Dr. Jenessa L. Hartman attended the University of Kansas and then went on to earn a Doctorate of Optometry degree with great distinction from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 2012.
Dr. Hartman enjoys seeing patients of all ages, but has a special interest in how vision affects childhood development. She previously worked in a vision therapy and rehabilitation clinic, where she diagnosed and treated people with binocular vision problems such as strabismus, amblyopia, and convergence insufficiency. She is a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, the College of Syntonic Optometry, and the American Optometric Association.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family, hiking, and gardening.
